I specialise in offering programmes in the use of NLP, especially in the workplace. However this starts with you and how you are managing yourself. So in attending one of my programmes you can expect to receive both personal and business development simultaneously. These programmes lead to certification either as an NLP Business Practitioner, a Master Practitioner or as an NLP Trainer who can certify others in NLP. I am especially proud of the individual support that we give our delegates on our programmes and beyond. My commitment to you as a participant goes well beyond the last day of the programme. I like to believe that it is for life and certainly for as long as you would like it. Each programme is a network of successful business people who usually continue to meet to develop their learning and their careers. In most cases the groups form their own developmental learning group that meets subsequently and supports each other in the issues that they face as they implement all that they have learned.
Each of my key programmes can be attended independently of the rest but I do recommend that you either do them in order or have attended the equivalent with another recognised NLP training school. For some people 'Introducing NLP' gives them all that they need whereas many go on to do the full business practitioner or master practitioner training. It is up to you.
And now you have a choice of country in which to do the training. I love to choose countries that create a metaphorical context for the particular training. In the UK many of trainings take a modular form allowing you to implement what you have learned and come back to review your experience and continue with further learning. In other countries I run the courses as Intensives on consecutive days (although there are short breaks in the programmes to see more of the host country). On these overseas programmes you have an opportunity to learn about how to apply NLP in other cultures. Although we are always learning to do that in that everyone has their own unique culture.
My trainings are backed by ANLP (the Association of NLP) and GONLP (the Global Organisation for NLP) although I started NLP training before any of these certifying bodies ever existed and will always back through my own name.
We are often asked how to justify NLP training in a work context and we have a great answer from one of our delegates here
